I ran up the hill to archery, racing my friends. When I got there my eyes riveted on the target. "I can't wait till my turn," I said.
After our instructor Steph showed us how to fire the bow I got right into it. Sprinting to the bow I asked myself "Will I hit the target?" Shivers went down my spine. I fired the bow and the arrow sped to the target. It made contact! I was so relieved to hit the target. I had three more turns, which passed quickly.
Then we moved on to some games. We played a game called Holiday. It was a very funny game and was really fun. If you hit the target you get a point. When it was my turn I stepped up to the bow, mumbling "Will I get a good score?" They wrote up the score I got - one hundred points. I was so happy.
